Robert Tunno is co-inventor of the patented SandSave® Active Drain System and Managing Partner of SandSave LLC. Drawing on decades of executive leadership and product innovation experience, he now focuses on delivering practical, cost-effective solutions to chronic bunker flooding challenges facing golf courses.
Mr. Tunno is an affiliate member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA), the American Society of Golf Course Architects (AGCA), and a member of the Greater Pittsburgh Golf Course Superintendents Association (GPGCSA). A Penn State graduate, he and his wife helped establish what is now the Franco Harris Pittsburgh City Center at Penn State, reflecting his longstanding connection to the university and its nationally recognized turfgrass management program.
